DROP 2004

Finding peace of mind in the bathroom, a space that offers isolation from all intruders, Drop was meticulously crafted with the intention of seamlessly integrating the soothing effect of water into its design, both visually and haptically.

Internally, the sink takes on the form of a whirlpool, while its outer surface gently curves, providing a subtle sensation of the water's movements as a drop falls on it.

Despite the wave's height being a mere 5mm, its depth appears to vary depending on the direction of light. Crafted from Corian, Drop utilizes thermoforming technology.

Demet gained recognition as one of the '10 most wanted designers' with Drop, featured in the highly influential design magazine Wallpaper in 2005.
